What is your return policy?
• All items must be returned, postmarked, within 14 days of the arrival date.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with any original tags attached.
• Returns must include a copy of the filled out return form which can be requested through the contact page.
• Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will give you an online store credit.
• All discounted items are final sale.
• There is no restocking fee.
What if I want to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot do exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange please return the original item and order the preferred item.
If possible use the original packaging, we’re happy to recycle it for you!
To return please follow these instructions:
• Place any items you wish to return in the packaging.
• Please fill out the provided return form, indicating which items you are returning and your reason for returning them.
• Message us through our CONTACT page and a return label will be provided for you.
• Mail it back to us using the return-shipping label that was provided.
• Be sure the package is secure and send it back to us. We are not liable for damage or loss of items due to packaging malfunctions.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we have received the return, please allow 7 days for us to process it, then allow 5-10 days for your bank to credit the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the card used for the purchase. We’ll send you an email to let you know when your return has been processed.
Can I return final sale items?
All items that are marked final sale cannot be returned. If there is an issue with a final sale garment you received and you wish to contact us please do so here. Be sure to include the order number as well as any additional information necessary. If a final sale item is returned to us we will be unable to process it. This extends to all discounted items.
What if I lost my return-shipping label or return form?
If you have lost your return-shipping label please mail all returns to the following address:

If you have lost your return form please include a copy of your order confirmation and indicate which item you are returning and why.
Once we have received the return, please allow 7 days for us to process it, then allow 5-10 days for your bank to credit the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Your return must be must be accepted, see above specifications, before a credit will be given. If the return is postmarked more than 14 days after the original order delivery date we will not be able to process it and can ship it back to you at your expense if you wish. When making a return be sure to use the return-shipping label provided, we are not responsible for items that are lost using an outside method of shipment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. Please be sure to package your return securely; we are not responsible for any lost or damage items due to packaging failures.
